First Oklahoma Bank adds HR Compliance Training to its Contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy

First Oklahoma Bank has added Human Resources (HR) Compliance training to its contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy. Focus on HR Compliance will be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s own Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®.

Focus on HR Compliance, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, covers all areas of HR Compliance, including Ethics and Code of Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Harassment and Discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), COBRA, as well as other laws and regulations from OSHA, EEOC and OFCCP.
