Paris, May the 11th 2005. For its first edition, Europizza (www.europizzaexpo.com) is now considered as the marketplace of the pizza industry. Share ideas, meet main players, see everybody that counts on a single place.
The work shops and animations will enable the visitors to discover the various products services, as well as the market’s moves and perspectives. The exhibition floor will include 2 main areas to welcome ingredients suppliers and utensils suppliers.
On Tuesday 7 June, from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, the 10 finalists of Giropizza will fight for the World’s best pizza.
Several Italian pizza champions will demo and feature to show that making a pizza can be art. The lifting team will carry out its famous prowess’s, while teachers of The Italian School of Pizza in Rome reveal their trade secrets.
The association of Pizzerias in Napoli will enable the visitors to discover or rediscover the initial flavours of pizzas made with real flour and traditional ingredients.
A series of debates, demonstrations and workshops will be accessible to visitors throughout the three days at the Europizza room. The subjects suggested are as follows:

The « Pizzailoli di Napoli »exposition at Europizza, by Stéphanie Fraisse
The French photographer Stéphanie Fraisse, will expose at Europizza the totality of her Artistic pictures of Pizzerias and pizzaïols of Naples, a very congratulated on the Parisian event of November 2004 "Invasions Gourmandes "(Greedy invasions).
She has won many photography contests, and gained her reputation on 2002, after she released photographs of very important French chef’s kitchens.
