About Jim Stilgenbauer:
Jim Stilgenbauer, Vice President of Client Service, for the Castleton Group, holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and has over eight years of successful experience in human resources. He joined Castleton in 2000 as the Regional Director for Ohio and was promoted to Vice President in 2002. Jim is responsible for executing the company’s service strategy, as well as managing HR professionals, growing the Ohio business segment and ensuring employee and client satisfaction. His prior work experience includes Principal Resources, Inc. and Professional Staff Management, Inc. with responsibilities as Account Manager, Support Services Manager and Cincinnati Area Director. Jim also has insurance company experience as a Product Analyst and Product Specialist for the Great American Insurance Company. Jim is a graduate of Xavier University and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He and his wife and two children live in Anderson Township.
