Page and Moy Travel Group set off on payroll journey with ADP

Page and Moy Travel Group, the leading supplier of escorted holidays, has chosen ADP to provide managed service payroll and HR for its 300 employees in the UK, using HR.Net and ADP freedom.

Page and Moy Travel Group chose ADP because the solution includes a high degree of self service functionality, allowing it to reduce time spent managing and transferring payroll and HR data, while freeing up members of the finance and HR team to look after value-added activities. It was also looking to manage payroll costs more effectively by partnering with such a large and established player in the market.

The self service functionality of ADP freedom and HR.net will allow Page and Moy Travel Group’s managers and employees to update information online. Managers can input data such as employee attendance and absence directly into the system, while being able to view reports on areas such as absence records or annual leave entitlements. Employees meanwhile can use the solution to update information such as bank account details or home addresses while also viewing payslips online. They will also be able to request annual leave online.

This is just an example of how user-friendly and customisable HR.net is, transferring payroll data into ADP freedom, saving the finance team and managers’ time and reducing the chances of errors. "

As a fully configurable solution, HR.Net will also cater for Page and Moy Travel Group’s existing HR policies and procedures, such as recruitment and appraisal forms, letters and policy documentation, integrating seamlessly into the system.
