The survey of 953 clients who used Cincom service and support in 2004 included all responses, for all calls, for all products in America and Canada.

The Results

-- For "Severity 1" issues, Cincom achieved a 99% on-time response rate.
-- 97% rated Cincom's support personnel as knowledgeable, courteous and
responsive.
-- 97% of customers would recommend Cincom software to others.
