DirectRooms.com – Runner complete in Jeju International Ultra Marathon from 26 to 27 March 2011

The event will attract runners from around the globe competing for a chance to win this amazing marathon. All runners must have registered already, with the deadline being 31st January 2011.

Contestants are still training and are planning to begin to arrive in Jeju during early March. Visit hotel jeju to book some of the finest hotel in Jeju.

The racecourse spans for 200km and contestants will have the opportunity to train on a trial run that is 100 km. In March, the race will begin at Jeju Tapdong Park at 8am. Contestants will finish the race at Jeju Tapdong Park at the World Cup Stadium. The race does have a time limit, allowing a maximum of 32 hours for the 200km. Runners competing in the 100km will have 15 hours to finish the race.

The entry fee for the race varies depending on the length of the race entered. The 200 km is a KRW150, 000 fee, the 100km is KRW100, 000 and the trial run of 50 miles is KRW150, 000. Runners who are from another country and possess a foreign passport will not have to pay an entry fee.
