Preservation Homes will build custom-crafted, bungalow style homes for the new development, Olde Towne. Olde Towne, an exclusive urban development located at the intersection of Rock Quarry and New Hope roads, will consist of 2,400 homesites, an 18-hole semi-private golf course designed by Rick Robbins and 360,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. Approximately 240 of its 600 acres will be preserved to provide hiking trails, wildlife habitats and public recreation.
