The consultancy, founded by former Eulogy! colleagues Joe Palmer and Howard Robinson will target commercial sponsorship for the Grassroots Administration System, as well as rolling out a launch programme, which will utilise media relations, partnership broking and advocacy programmes and will look to target LEAs, County FAs, Football in the Community schemes and others involved with the grassroots game.

The Grassroots Administration System has been designed to help club secretaries, coaches and team managers to keep track of their players and manage their information in the same way as a professional club. It enables coaches to monitor the progress of every player, add player comments, soccer skill test results and specific notes to aid individual player development.

"Every weekend seven million adults and five million children play organised football in the UK, most attached to the 40,000 plus FA affiliated clubs in England alone," explains Palmer. "These clubs, let alone the thousands of school teams in the UK make grassroots football a highly attractive market and underline the commercial potential of the Grassroots Administration system."

The consultancy will report directly to The Scouting Network Managing Director, Derek Bragg, himself a former professional footballer with the likes of Aston Villa and Hertha Berlin. "It was important for us to identify an agency that could help leverage our experiences from within the professional game and help exploit the undoubted potential that exists within grassroots football. We have worked closely with Early Doors to develop a programme that will take the Grassroots Administration System to most touch points within the grassroots game.
