Philadelphia – Loie Brasserie & Bar (128 S. 19th Street) will celebrate her second anniversary on Monday, March 14. An open bar from 9 p.m. – 10 p.m. and $3 domestic drafts plus Roman On the Decks with guest DJs spinning will mark the occasion.
