Educational institutions will be presenting their programmes and prospectuses and there will be a number of networking events for language schools, technical colleges, and universities located in the region. Delegates expected to attend include students, graduates, and teachers.

Prior planning will ensure all visitors will have a suitable place to stay upon arrival." Kuwait is a busy city so it is likely that hotels closer to the venue will fill up first, however, there are many hotels in and around the city, and there is something to suit every taste and budget.

Public transport in Kuwait city is excellent. It is ideal for anyone wishing to do some sightseeing while in the area and also for those who have chosen hotels outside of the city but who need to travel in to reach the venue.
