This November, Total Communications Solutions, Inc., TCS, is very proud to announce that they have reached a new milestone – eight (8) years in business!

At TCS they consider not only longevity in business to be a measure of success, but most important to them is client satisfaction. So to mark this very special occasion they sent out client feedback surveys to all of their active clients in an attempt to gauge our performance, and to give them an opportunity to learn and grow from the feedback.

Results from the surveys show that clients chose and remain with Total Communications Solutions, Inc. because of their knowledgeable staff and timely responsiveness. And on a scale of poor to excellent, an overwhelming majority of clients rated their overall experience and quality of service from TCS to be Excellent!
