SimplyTrak, the revolutionary vehicle tracking system provider in the UK, has reported that it has achieved the holy grail of 100% unit uptime in the past quarter.

"We have not had a single unit down since June this year" said David Coleman MD of the East Yorkshire and Salisbury based company, "this is unheard of in our industry".

SimplyTrak moved their server systems to Rackspace (the UK's leading server hosting providers) following their year end in June. "Rackspace guaranteed us uptime at the server end and coupled with the reliability of our units this has meant that our service engineers have had a very easy time", he continued. "We specialise in giving the customer everything in a simple to use format. That has been our ethos since the beginning. We do not add features as 'extras'. If it is useful for the fleet operator then it is standard issue with SimplyTrak", he continued.

The 100% uptime figure came out as part of a customer satisfaction survey recently commissioned by the company. "The results were very positive indeed, we are picking up a lot of business from ex-customers of the largest player in our market and recommendations from existing customers are at an all time high", David stated.
