LABELEXPO ASIA DRAWS CROWDS FROM ACROSS THE REGION

Labelexpo Asia 2005, taking place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre on 7-9 December 2005, is not only attracting visitors from within China but also from right across the region. Pre-registration statistics show that particularly large delegations from Australia, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand are all planning to come to the show. In addition, groups from as far away as Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the USA have all pre-registered to attend.

Labelexpo Asia has attracted key label industry suppliers from across the globe and from within China, including Avery Dennison, Basch Group, Esko-Graphics, Gallus, HP Indigo, H-Shine Printing Machine Company, Jebsen, Orthotec Wan An (Concorde Precision Technology), Labelmen, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, OJI Specialty Paper, Omet, Rotoflex, Rotometrics, Raflatac, and Shanghai-Ximin-Taiyo. The show is expected to be over twice the size of the last event in 2003.

The Labelexpo Global Series encompasses three major machine shows – in Europe, the USA and Asia. These visitor figures prove that Labelexpo Asia is drawing people internationally, just as the other two major Labelexpos do. This is a great sign for Labelexpo, and in fact for the labels industry in Asia."
