MTV Base Asia Quake Appeal Event

On Thursday, November 24 @ Hammersmith Palais there will be a one-off party in aid of the DEC Asia Quake Appeal - all proceeds going directly to the Appeal via the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee).

Starting at 9pm, the event will be hosted by MTV's Tim Kash and Preeya Kalidas (Bombay Dreams), featuring a whole host of top names including Jay Sean & Rishi Rich, Kray Twinz, Rouge, the Panjabi Hit Squad, Masterstepz, Hanif & Kojo. You'll then be able to watch all the best bits on MTV Base in a special half-hour show to be screened on Sunday, November 27 at 8.30pm.

This earthquake has wiped out entire villages and at least 74,500 people are feared dead (Reuters), with many more injured and without shelter. Pakistan is worst hit, but parts of India and Afghanistan are also affected. MTV Base, working alongside the DEC needs your help to support the survivors whose homes and lives have been devastated – Please support this event.
