Dance lessons we offer:
In the United States, ballroom dance has been categorized into two forms: American Rhythm and American Smooth. These two forms have been popularized as ballroom dancing.

Salsa
Salsa is an energetic and flashy dance which originated in Cuba and Puerto Rico in 1898. It is a slot or spot dance which means a couple does not travel over a dance floor for a long time. They occupy a fixed area on the dance floor. Some people prefer to dance Salsa alone. Some musical instruments implemented in Salsa are maracas, conga drums, guiros and many more. Salsa is performed to two bars of four beats of music. One beat is skipped with the purpose of shifting weight from one foot to the other.

Tango
Tango has its origination from the lower district of Buenos Aries, Argentina. American Tango and Argentine Tango are the two styles in Tango. In American tango, the steps match the music which specifies slow, slow, quick, quick, slow rhythm, Tango steps move more smoothly and have no single specific rhythm. Dancers feel the music and move themselves correspondingly. There are two different frame styles in Tango.

Waltz
For the waltz, the basic step is a common box step following counts of 1-2-3, 1-2-3. In this dance, legato movements are used, resulting in beautiful and romantic expressions. In waltz, the dancers dance in a closed position. For the best results, the dance partners should be comfortable with each other and know the basic steps.
