Ozonetel became the first Indian company to receive ISO Certification in Cloud Telephony Domain.
[ClickPress, Thu Feb 22 2018] Ozonetel became the first Indian company to receive ISO Certification in Cloud Telephony Domain. It has received both the ISO/IEC 20000: 2013 and ISO/IEC 20000-1: 201. These certificates testify Ozonetel’s Information Security Management and Management Practices respectively.

At the time of receiving the certification, Ozonetel had handled over 2 billion calls for over 1000+ enterprises across the world. The inbound and outbound calls are for clients across banking, insurance, travel, ecommerce, health care and travel verticals.
