Victor Manuel Alvarez was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. At nine-years-old, Alvarez moved to New York City with his mother and brother. As an adult, Alvarez was drafted into the US Army, where he received an onslaught of awards, including Jump Wings, the Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, and Army Achievement Medal. After retiring from the US Army, Alvarez received his private investigator's credentials in Arizona and became a bounty hunter.
