After several months of delays, the city of Los Angeles has announced that Phase 2 of the city’s cannabis permit process will begin on August 1st, 2018. The application window will remain open until August 31st.
Phase 2 applications will be limited to non-retail cannabis businesses, such as cultivators and manufacturers, who were operating in Los Angeles prior to 2016.
While, an official date has not been set for 3rd and final phase of applications, sources have suggested phase 3 could begin as early as mid-fall.
