Answers LLC, a local mental health &wellness clinic, is bringing the solutions to the table for Idaho residents thanks to its expanding network of therapists.
Founded in 2013, by Joshua Jackson, a long-term Eastern Idaho resident and guided by his mother, retired social worker, Debbie Rawlings, Answers has played an active role in aiding mental wellness for dozens of local citizens.
As more residents seek out solutions for their mental wellbeing, the clinic has expanded, with more prominent offices at 855 North Capital Avenue, Suite 2, Idaho Falls, and developing more therapists and peer support specialists over the past year.
"Our goal is to identify a problem, find the best possible answer and then work hand-in-hand to help you improve and move forward," commented Josh.
By enacting a working plan and using all available resources, Answers can achieve drastic improvements and find successful solutions. The clinic also offers a highly-active website, helping to educate the public on mental health issues and available resources.
Answers has a nurse practitioner that helps diagnose and manage mental health disorders, community-based rehab services, a family health specialist, as well as Medicare and Medicaid specialists, senior services and case management.
While the clinic has been working hard in the community, it has also been raising its profile at several popular events. They have attended the Senior Living Expo in Idaho Falls, and the state's senior health and safety fair, a free educational and interactive event for the community designed to provide outreach to seniors, their families.
They also participated in raising mental wellness awareness at the Youth Jam in Idaho Falls, a three-day arts festival for children.
"By keeping mental wellness and Answers in the public conscience, we can help them realize that when they need us, we are always there to help, support and provide the answers to their questions," commented Josh.
One successful aspect of the clinic is offering counseling, with benefits ranging from overcoming personal trauma to gaining a greater sense of hope about life in general.
"Through counseling, you can learn to gather new skills, overcome your fears, and achieve your greatest potential. While some people may be scornful of counseling, it is a step in the right direction that can seriously wonderfully change your life," he added.
The clinic is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
