Connectus, a leading provider of connectivity, cybersecurity, collaboration tools and unified communication solutions is once again helping companies meet the demands of 21st century business with the further expansion of its latest state-of-the-art gigabit-capable network.

Delivering blazing broadband speeds to Kestrel Court business park in Doncaster means forward-thinking businesses operating out of the site, adjacent to Doncaster Sheffield Airport, can take full advantage of secure, reliable advanced communication.

Connectus' dedicated team designed, funded and built the gigabit-capable network to help the growing number of businesses opening offices, warehouses and offices on the site to take full advantage of connectivity solutions.
And the first customer of Connectus' new future-proof network is Kestrel Court's Dual Inventive, a company which develops and produces technology products that make working on railway infrastructure safer, more efficient, and more reliable.

Josh Jackson, Director at Dual Inventive, says: "We are delighted we selected Connectus as our connectivity partner. Their response times and the speed at which they provided our new services was refreshing, and the ongoing support has been superb."

Andy Marsden, Connectus Business Development Director, says: "Our decision to develop and expand our network coverage and service offering to Kestrel Court is based on this area now being recognised as a first-class location for business. Occupiers can take advantage of prime business real estate, transport links, the growing airport's freight commerce operation and a readily available workforce."

"We plan delivery of our networks with care and do not build speculatively, ensuring we create outstanding value for our clients, with minimum disruption to the local environment. We are thrilled to welcome Dual Incentive to our growing list of over 250 clients."

Kestrel Court comprises a number of detached units of 13,500 to 18,000 sq ft, planned for general industrial and warehouse purposes. Further units are planned across additional phases - with the Connectus network designed and ready for further expansion right across the business park area.

The next proposed development site covers 30.92 acres and could include four restaurants, a pub, coffee shop, three hotels and potentially a mix of shops, apartments and/or offices. The additional development will provide 1,162 full-time jobs and result in an increase in Gross Value Added (GVA) of £249 million per year to the local economy.
