OnScreen Technologies Inc. Names Neil Wester as Chief Technical Officer

SAFETY HARBOR, Fla. - April 12, 2005 - OnScreen Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ONSC), a leading provider of innovative signage technology and solutions, including the newly released RediAd(TM), Living Window(TM) Display, announced today that Neil Wester has been named Chief Technical Officer to lead the company in proliferating its technology.

Wester joins OnScreen with seventeen years of technical work experience with a specialization in semiconductor design, manufacturing and operations. Prior to joining OnScreen, he was a patent and design consultant for Intellectual Property Generation companies and assisted with commercializing new technology to market. He has eight years experience as a Senior Engineer at Intel, working in the Process and Digital Imaging Technology Development Groups, and in CMOS Manufacturing. His background prior to that was with Olin Microelectronic Materials, Inc. for six years, where as an Engineer, he was responsible for the design, manufacturing, and operations of various semiconductor technology programs and product lines. Wester has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Material Science and Engineering both from Arizona State University.
