Plas-Tech Coatings, Inc. announces a new Teflon® coating that has been proven to be the ultimate non-stick coating for food frying applications. PT-86 Teflon® has been tested in some of the most severe frying applications in industry today and has outlasted all other challengers. It even performed better than the silicone coatings that are traditionally used for fry baskets.

According to Jim Sloan, Vice President at Plas-Tech, "We completed dozens of tests under a variety of conditions and PT-86 Teflon® consistently outperformed every other coating, including traditional silicone coatings." There are quite a few "Teflon®" coatings on the market, but only PT-86 from Plas-Tech has been proven the best in frying applications.

When Plas-Tech applies PT-86 Teflon® to your product, the coating will be heated to 800 degree F. PT-86 can withstand continuous operating temperatures of 500 degrees F with intermittent exposure to 550 degrees F permitted.
